Refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date with receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have all original tags on and be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of an Aurora Flagship prepaid card

• Aurora Flagship prepaid cards are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash

All cannabis product and cannabis accessory sales are final.

Exceptions include recall product and defective merchandise.Policies are subject to change.

• Reaction to product – see your doctor or consult Health Canada.

• A record of all cannabis purchases (invoices/receipts) will be kept for 6 years.

• As per Labeling Standards of Canada – labels are not to be removed, altered or tampered.
